Bluebird Kids Health in Florida is seeking an Events Manager to spearhead new patient acquisition through strategic events. This full-time position involves developing, testing, and optimizing community events, managing a team, and working closely with various departments to ensure growth.

Bluebird Kids Health is seeking an entrepreneurial, field-oriented Events Manager to build and scale our events channel as a driver of new patient acquisition. This role reports to the Director of Growth.
You will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing both owned events (such as meet & greets, educational programs, and community baby showers) and community events. You will identify what works, measure results, build scalable playbooks, and continuously improve performance across markets. You will manage a team of Community Outreach Coordinators, driving execution, coaching performance, and helping build a scalable field engagement model.
You will spend significant time in the field attending events, engaging families, coaching teams, gathering insights, and rapidly testing improvements. You will also partner closely with Community Outreach, Marketing, Clinical, Operations, and Finance to build a repeatable and scalable growth channel.
