Job summary

Bluebird Kids Health in Jacksonville is seeking an energetic Growth Coordinator to drive new patient acquisition through community partnerships, events, and family engagement. Reporting to our Events Manager, this role owns the full lifecycle of community-generated leads, from first interaction through enrollment.

You will represent Bluebird Kids Health at schools, OB/GYNs, and community groups, own the Expecting Parent Meet & Greets programs, coordinate logistics, host events, and follow up

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach or partnership development preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new patient acquisition through community partnerships, events, and outreach.
• Own bluebird Kids Health's Expecting Parent Meet & Greets from end to end (registrations, logistics, hosting, follow-up).
• Qualify prospects and maintain CRM records to maximize leads and conversions.

• Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen community partnerships, improve the patient acquisition process, and expand Bluebird Kids Health's reach
• Own new patient acquisition through community partnerships, events, and outreach, meeting or exceeding monthly growth goals
• Build and manage strategic relationships with OBGYNs, hospitals, schools, daycares, faith-based organizations, and other community partners to generate qualified referrals
• Own Bluebird Kids Health's Expecting Parent Meet & Greets from end to end, including driving registrations, coordinatinglogistics, hosting events, and executing follow-up to maximize attendance and conversion
