Advantage Design Group seeks a highly organized marketer to own events, webinars, email and social campaigns, delivering polished programs to clients and prospects.

You’ll partner with leadership to plan, launch and follow up, coordinating with creative, video and web teams and sales to ensure campaigns meet brand and performance goals. Hybrid schedule in Jacksonville, FL with onsite start.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or five years of progressive event marketing experience.
• Experience coordinating conferences, webinars and marketing events.
• Experience building and scheduling email campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
• Strong copywriting, editing, project management and organizational skills.
• Experience turning campaign data into clear reports.

Responsabilidades

• Manage webinars from scheduling to post-event follow up.
• Coordinate conference and event logistics and amplification.
• Draft and schedule email campaigns engaging audiences and supporting goals.
• Maintain calendars, lists, segments and marketing automation workflows.
• Create social posts, event promotions and campaign content reflecting the brand.
• Collaborate with writers and video teams to optimize content with SEO and AI-driven discovery.
