Qualifications

• Prior internship or related experience in event planning, marketing, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Interest in gaining experience in event planning, marketing, business development, or professional services.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and high‑quality work.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Customer service orientation with professional interaction with attorneys, professionals, vendors, clients, and guests.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordination of firm-hosted client events and external business development events.
• Conduct venue and vendor research to support event planning.
• Prepare event materials such as invitations, nametags, and handouts.
• Coordinate services with vendors under guidance of Events Managers.
• Provide on-site event support and post-event reporting.
• Assist with organizing event supplies and marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate event calendars and records in marketing systems.
