We are seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator in the Tempe, AZ market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant events and shows within our assigned territory.
• Negotiate contracts with event vendors.
• Book an annual calendar of events and shows.
• Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators.
• Schedule demonstrators for events.
• Coordinate booth and display setup and teardown.
• Set appointments for free in-home consultations at events and shows.
• Collect contest entries and follow up to schedule free consultations.
• Measure and report results.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.
