Job description

Job Description:

• Research and identify relevant Events and Shows within the assigned territory.
• Negotiate contracts with Event Vendors.
• Book an annual calendar of Events and Shows.
• Recruit, hire, and train Event Demonstrators.
• Schedule Demonstrators for event work.
• Coordinate booth and display setup and teardown.
• Set appointments for Free In-Home Consultations at Events and Shows.
• Collect Contest Entries and follow up to schedule Free In-Home Consultations.
• Measure and report results.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Must be available to work weekends.
