Job summary

Frequentis USA Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support internal communications, events, and digital marketing efforts across the business.

You will organize content, maintain the internal site and social channels, and assist with campaigns and lead generation in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong writing and project coordination, proficiency with Microsoft 365, and the ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content and distribution for employee newsletters and Viva Engage community communications.
• Establish and maintain marketing and internal communication processes for the Frequentis USA internal home page.
• Support the Marketing liaison to the Employee Engagement Committee and support committee planning and initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for internal events, official visits, and DC Experience Center visits.
• Work with the Sales team and Executive Coordinator to support customer engagement activities.
• Manage conference logistics, including demonstrations, materials, promotional items, vendor coordination, and other event requirements.
• Coordinate pre- and post-conference meetings, timelines, and follow-up activities.
• Track conference performance indicators, including lead-generation results.
• Organize and maintain marketing content so materials are current, accessible, and easy for the team to locate.
• Monitor the company website and LinkedIn presence, identify content updates, and coordinate required changes.
• Print and order marketing collateral as needed, and support paid and organic social media campaigns.
