Job Description

• Research and identify relevant events and shows within your assigned territory.
• Negotiate contracts with event vendors.
• Plan and book an annual calendar of events and shows.
• Recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators.
• Schedule demonstrators for events.
• Coordinate booth and display setup and teardown.
• Set appointments for free in-home consultations during events and shows.
• Collect and follow up on contest entries, scheduling them for consultations.
• Measure and report the results of your activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Must be available to work weekends.
