Zusammenfassung

Instant Financial is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to keep the marketing function running day to day, from event logistics to agency coordination. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing and the Demand Generation Manager to move projects, partners, and events forward with hands-on execution and organized follow-through.

You will lead conferences, trade shows, and sponsorships, plan collateral, prep the sales team, and maintain calendars and post-event recaps.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in marketing or event coordination or project/operations coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines.
• Clear, proactive communicator with internal and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end execution for conferences, trade shows, and sponsorships.
• Plan, order, and coordinate event collateral within brand and budget.
• Prep sales team ahead of events with attendee lists and lead-capture logistics.
• Maintain event calendar and post-event recaps including ROI analysis.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies and track deliverables and deadlines.
• Align messaging across Marketing, Sales, CX, Product and Leadership.
• Maintain internal marketing documentation (Confluence, shared drives).
• Handle ad hoc projects from VP of Marketing and Demand Gen Manager.
• Provide flexible, hands-on support during peak marketing activity.
