Qualifications

• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience with ads, analytics, and SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and GA4.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword strategy.
• 2+ years in marketing, communications, or event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust campaigns to improve CTR, conversions, and CPL.
• Track and report on website and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
• Build dashboards and provide clear, actionable insights.
• Identify trends in traffic, user behavior, and conversion paths.
• Partner with internal teams to connect marketing activity to business results.
• Collaborate with sales and vendor partners to promote services and events.
• Coordinate bi-monthly/quarterly sales flyers and quarterly newsletters.
• Execute email and text campaigns for promotions, training, and programs.
• Manage company social media presence and content reflecting industry trends.
• Support SEO and content efforts by reviewing blogs and monitoring performance.
• Plan and execute customer and internal events; oversee vendor programs and budgets.
• Track marketing expenses and vendor credits; ensure alignment with budgets.
