Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Marketing Encore to engage guests and promote trial ownership packages in a high-energy retail-like setting. You will deliver exceptional service while explaining membership benefits and special offers to potential Owners, driving guest satisfaction and sales results.

This role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays and may require a Real Estate License depending on location, with strong English and Japanese communication.

As a Coordinator Marketing Encore, a typical day will include:

• Engage with guests and potential Owners while providing elevated customer service.

• Offer specially priced trial membership packages.

• Effectively communicate the benefits of trial ownership and special offers.

• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.

Guest Experience and Company Standards:

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

• Contribute to team goals.

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Coordinator Marketing Encore:

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

• A Real Estate License may be required at some locations depending on state laws.

• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

• Proficiency in English & Japanese
