Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Email Developer (German C1/C2) to support outbound marketing initiatives for one of our European customer. The role focuses on building responsive, high-performing email campaigns and ensuring seamless delivery across platforms aligned with customer marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, scalable email templates for customer campaigns
• Translate marketing requirements into production-ready HTML/CSS emails
• Ensure compatibility across email clients (e.g. Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.)
• Collaborate with German stakeholders (C1/C2 communication) for campaign execution
• Optimize for deliverability, CTR, and engagement metrics
• Perform testing using tools like Litmus / Email on Acid
• Support A/B testing and performance optimization
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and customer brand guidelines

Mandatory Skills

• German Language: C1/C2 (mandatory)
• 7+ years of email development experience
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (email-specific coding)
• Proven Outbound Marketing campaign experience
• Strong understanding of:
  • Email rendering issues
  • Campaign lifecycle & deployment
