Job Description:

As a Marketing & E-Commerce Manager, you'll drive customer acquisition and scale a beloved product from $3M to $ 20 M+ on a full-time and fully remote basis. You'll report directly to the two founders (Tech & Product Marketing) and lead a team including a Junior Media Buyer, senior CRO specialist, Klaviyo email marketer, and dev support.

You'll own growth end-to-endmanaging paid channels, testing messaging and positioning, and optimizing across media, creative, tech, and tooling. You'll have full autonomy to hire, promote, or part ways with team members and agencies. Collaborate on the product roadmap and brand guidelines, then run with testing and scaling without needing constant approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine Creative & Messaging: Build a rapid testing pipeline to sharpen hooks focused on bonding rituals and educational value.
  • Own the growth P&L: Take charge of revenue and LTV: CAC targets; plan and manage paid media budgets with precision.
  • Scale Acquisition Channels: Lead paid growth across Meta (top priority), AppLovin, TikTok, Google, and new platforms, always aiming for strong, profitable ROAS.
  • Drive Lifecycle Revenue: Optimize Klaviyo flows and campaigns, using smart segmentation to lift LTV and deepen customer relationships.
  • Elevate the Team: Set OKRs, mentor team members, and make key hiring or team adjustments to maintain high performance.
  • Report With Clarity: Keep dashboards live and actionable; share weekly updates on cohorts and unit economics directly with the founders.

Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in WooCommerce and Klaviyo, plus savvy with pixel and server-side attribution to squeeze every bit of value from data.
  • Mastered $ 300 K+ monthly Meta ad budgets, driving impressive, sustainable ROAS that fuels real growth.
  • Fueled explosive growth for a DTC brand, scaling it past $10M in revenue, and loved every minute of the hustle.
  • Built, inspired, coached, and managed the growth of the team across media, CRO, email, and creative.
  • Data-obsessed strategist who lives for uncovering insights through detailed cohort analysis.
  • Entrepreneurial go-getter with a bias for action, always chasing progress, not perfection, and focused on selling the hole, not the drill.
  • Adherence to the 9 AM to5 PM EST time zone is a must.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a must.
