Job summary

Lympha Press is seeking a Director of Marketing to maximize sales and profit through strategic product positioning, portfolio strategy, and market development. You will lead pricing, market development, and sales enablement, aligning with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Product Development to forecast accurately, inform lifecycle decisions, and monitor performance such as average selling price.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business, economics, healthcare, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years managing a product portfolio with strategy, lifecycle, and development.
• Medical device and/or DME experience preferred; sales experience is a plus.
• Experience building teams and fostering culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the company portfolio meets or exceeds revenue and market goals.
• Synthesize competitive analyses and market assessments to inform strategy, investments, and GTM plans.
• Identify opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Understand clinician and patient needs to guide product strategy and pricing.
• Maintain a strategic portfolio roadmap including new concepts, extensions, and potential M&A.
• Lead cross-functional teamwork with Sales, Operations, Product Development and others.
