Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy for Viera, aligning residential and commercial sales with market trends.
• Create and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, web, print, outdoor advertising, and other platforms to drive sales.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners while ensuring budget and measurable results.
• Analyze demographic and market data to identify opportunities supporting growth in Viera and Space Coast.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop cohesive messaging across business units.
• Oversee the Viera website, marketing budgets, partnerships, and promotional initiatives while guiding the Marketing & Event Coordinator.
