Innovative CPA Group LLC is seeking a creative Marketing Director to lead multi-channel campaigns, strengthen our brand, and drive growth for middle-market clients. You will craft messaging, oversee events, and work hands-on in HubSpot to execute campaigns from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in professional services marketing, strong writing and project management skills, and experience marketing to business owners and executives. Hybrid option available in Shelton.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience in CPA, accounting, or professional services.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Strong writing, campaign development, and project management skills.
• Experience planning and executing events.
• Experience marketing to middle-market businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, print, and direct outreach.
• Create messaging for middle-market businesses, owners, executives, clients, prospects, and referral partners.
• Promote tax, accounting, audit, and advisory services through targeted campaigns and thought leadership.
• Maintain brand across all marketing materials.
• Manage marketing calendar, priorities, and campaign timelines.
• Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot; emails, landing pages, forms, segmentation, and lead scoring.
