Job Description

We seek a strategic, results-driven Marketing Director to lead marketing strategies in the EMEA region. This role involves developing and executing data-driven, integrated marketing campaigns that promote DDN products in AI environments across EMEA. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter ready to make an immediate impact in a pioneering company at the forefront of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with company goals.
2. Manage and analyze regional pipeline data to monitor progress and identify opportunities.
3. Execute localized global campaigns, managing translations and representing DDN at regional industry events.
4. Create regional campaigns tailored to market needs.
5. Drive brand-building initiatives to strengthen market position.
6. Collaborate with product management, sales, and engineering to understand product and customer needs.
7. Conduct market research and competitive analysis within EMEA.
8. Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
9. Coordinate with product and customer teams to support product launches and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 10-15 years of marketing experience, preferably in AI or infrastructure.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
