TK Elevator is seeking a visionary Marketing Director to lead customer-centric marketing initiatives across the Americas. You will shape integrated strategies that drive awareness, engagement and commercial growth for New Installation, Modernization and Service lines.

You will guide go-to-market plans, leverage CRM and marketing automation, and partner with Sales, Product, and Communications to deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 10+ years in marketing with B2B or industrial sector experience.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a data-driven marketing strategy across New Installation, Modernization and Service lines.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels to fuel growth.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Engineering to align programs with business priorities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team and manage the budget.
