Elk Horn Painting is seeking a Marketing Director to own and scale the marketing engine across the National Painting Group portfolio. You will run paid ads, lead local search optimization, and design the customer journey—from email to referrals—while maintaining high integrity and collaboration.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on execution with strategic leadership, is autonomous, and loves growing a national portfolio with measurable results. Hybrid work is available from Castle Rock, CO.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operator with proven lead-gen results.
• Experience scaling paid spend without CAC blowups.
• Strong knowledge of local SEO, Maps, and GBP.
• Clear writer with basic design skills.

Responsibilities

• Run paid ads on Meta and Google, scale spend and improve cost per lead.
• Own local SEO, Google Maps, and GBP growth across markets.
• Build through-the-funnel customer journey: email, SMS, touchpoints.
