Elk Horn Painting is seeking a Marketing Director to own and scale our national portfolio's marketing engine. You will run paid ads, manage local SEO, and shape the customer journey from first touch to repeat business.

You’ll own the brand across channels, expand B2B lead-gen, and work in a hybrid setup with a Castle Rock, CO base. We value autonomy, growth, and real results in a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in scaling paid media campaigns.
• Strong writing and basic design skills.
• Able to work autonomously and deliver measurable growth.
• Experience with local marketing and lead generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run paid ads (Meta and Google) and scale spend while improving CAC.
• Own local SEO, Google Maps, and Google Business Profile.
• Build the customer journey with email and SMS to boost repeat business.
• Own the brand across paid, organic, email, referrals, and local marketing.
