Job summary

LHH in Orlando, Florida is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing with a strong background in franchise or multi-location marketing to lead digital initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and franchise growth.

You will manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn; develop email marketing and automation; lead SEO efforts; collaborate with franchisees and internal teams; and monitor KPIs to optimize budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, including 6+ years supporting a franchise or multi-location business.
• Proven experience with paid media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics.
• Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
