Upward On, in partnership with a leading luxury real estate brokerage, is seeking a Marketing Director & Events Coordinator for a premier Miami luxury residential development. This hands-on role blends luxury branding, strategy, events, and high-profile relationship management.

You will lead marketing launches, coordinate photo/video shoots, broker events, and collaborate with developers, brokers, investors, and partners to drive leads and brand prestige.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate marketing, luxury marketing, events, brand management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Polished and confident communicating with high-net-worth and high-profile individuals.
• Strong event planning and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing strategy and execution for the launch and ongoing promotion of a luxury residential development.
• Serve as a key liaison between the developer, brokerage sales team, and investors/partners.
• Plan and coordinate content, including photo and video shoots, social media campaigns, press opportunities, and other promotional initiatives.
• Plan and execute broker events, VIP launch parties, open houses, investor dinners, and press events, managing vendors, venues, budgets and guest experience.
• Oversee marketing materials across digital, print, social media, and in-person channels, ensuring a consistent luxury brand.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives generate interest and qualified leads, supporting sales.
• Manage outside partners including photographers, videographers, PR contacts, agencies, caterers, venues, and other vendors.
• Track marketing and event performance and provide reporting on engagement and ROI.

About the Opportunity:

Upward On is partnering with a leading luxury real estate brokerage on the search for a Marketing Director & Events Coordinator for an exciting new luxury residential development in Miami.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who loves the intersection of luxury real estate, marketing, events, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate is polished, energetic, highly organized, and comfortable moving between very different audiences—from developers and high-net-worth investors to high-profile partners, brokers, and prospective buyers.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead the marketing strategy and execution for the launch and ongoing promotion of a luxury residential development.

• Comfortable juggling multiple personalities, priorities, deadlines, and moving pieces
• Strong understanding of social media, content, and basic marketing/CRM platforms
• Miami luxury real estate experience is a plus
• A proactive, resourceful personality who can take ownership and get things done

Schedule:

Full-time, on-site

Compensation:

$90,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience
