Responsibilities include establishing and executing the annual marketing vision and promotional calendar, stewarding digital presence and social media engagement, driving sustainable sales growth through strategic campaigns and local partnerships, developing community outreach, managing campaigns through Spotlight, creating in-restaurant marketing and guest‑experience opportunities, tracking performance, and leading a hospitality‑focused marketing team. Requires strong communication/organizational skills, experience with social media/events/community partnerships, proven leadership ability, and completion of the 90‑Day Leadership Training Program.
