Werner Enterprises, Inc. offers a paid internship at our Corporate Headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska, with some remote and off-site opportunities.

The program provides dedicated job training, real-world experience and exposure to marketing, journalism or graphic design fields. You’ll design and execute targeted email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, work on data hygiene and audience segmentation, analyze performance, and support events with on-site participation.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• A passion for marketing, branding and communications.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• An interest in the transportation industry is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and execute targeted email marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage audience segmentation, data hygiene and journey builder workflows for personalized messaging.
• Track, analyze and report key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) using marketing analytics tools.
• Conduct A/B testing of email copy, design, and CTAs to optimize campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to align lead scoring and CRM data integration.
• Support company events through pre-campaign promotion, registrations and on-site execution.
• Capture and edit multimedia content (photos, short videos) for social and internal use.
• Research industry trends to inform content strategy and marketing initiatives.
• Translate campaign analytics into actionable ROI insights for digital and live activations.
