We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President to serve as the lead for Digital within our Marketing Technology team, who has a strong passion for building modern, content-driven digital experiences at scale. As a member of the Marketing Technology team, you’ll own our public-facing web estate, content management, customer data, and content publishing capabilities end to end. You are equal parts problem solver and operator with an instinct for identifying what matters, a bias for action, and the resilience to see things through. This role will have a particular emphasis on the transformative build, standing up a modern content management platform, a customer data platform, and the publishing workflows that power our public websites and campaigns while simultaneously owning business‑as‑usual delivery on the legacy stack and seeing it safely through migration. This is a hands‑on role: you will be drafting the decks, writing the specs, coordinating stakeholders, and driving engineering in partnership with our engineering leads.

$176,250 - $250,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
