Job summary

Northmarq in Houston is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist (Graphic Design) to support our Commercial Investment Sales marketing efforts. This in-office role focuses on graphic design, e-marketing, and photo editing for real estate listings.

You will collaborate with sales teams and analysts, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and maintain brand consistency across materials. A portfolio demonstrating print layouts or multi-page designs is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Post-secondary education in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years in CRE Marketing/Graphic Design background is required.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop as well as Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Experience using marketing automation and database platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, RCM, or similar systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and client service skills with the ability to build productive business relationships and guide colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creative direction, graphic design, and layout of marketing deliverables for Broker clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide quality control for all marketing deliverables (proofreading, style guide, production management).
• Develop and maintain relationships with Broker clients and ensure production services meet client and company needs.
• Monitor marketing campaign distribution through email schedules and coordinate with sales teams, analysts, and marketing.
• Track and create web analytics and metric reports on lead generation (downloads, opens, clicks, web traffic).
• Assist with additional projects and take on responsibilities to support the team as the company grows.
