Job summary

Northmarq, a leading capital markets firm, is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist (Graphic Design) to support its Commercial Investment Sales team in Houston. You will create compelling marketing deliverables, coordinate with brokers, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a post-secondary education in Marketing or Graphic Design, at least 3 years CRE marketing experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and marketing platforms.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing or Graphic Design or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in CRE Marketing/Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office suite.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction, design, and layout of marketing deliverables for broker clients.
• Quality control for all marketing materials and production management.
• Build relationships with broker clients and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
• Track web analytics and campaign distributions; support multiple projects.
