Job summary

Kayo USA is seeking a Graphic Designer & Marketing Associate to contribute to dynamic branding and campaigns for powersports products. You will craft print and digital materials, manage content across social channels, and assist with site updates and product launches.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience, strong design skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. This role offers growth in a fast-paced environment with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related field
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, marketing or advertising preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced business environment and managing multiple projects and deadlines is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with decal design and color selections for new powersport products.
• Create and edit marketing content (social media posts, magazine ads, newsletter, product & promotional materials).
• Maintain and update the company’s websites and social media platforms.
• Support new model launches and seasonal promotions.
• Maintain consistent branding across all materials.
• Coordinate marketing materials with the sales team and the dealers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on events such as trade shows, campaigns and promotional activities.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Advertising or related field
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, marketing or advertising preferred

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong graphic design skills with a professional portfolio demonstrating experience with print and digital marketing materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity in Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Adobe creative cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), InDesign etc.
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts, social media, promotional campaign and digital marketing
• Able to work with sales, management and other departments to develop marketing and promotional materials
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manager multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and eager to learn

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Photography, video editing or basic video production experience is a plus
• Experience in powersports, automotive or recreational vehicles or a related industry is preferred.
