Qualifications

• Associate's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional or internship design experience (print + web).
• Experience with Google Analytics and SEO.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling marketing, advertising, and sales materials (print + digital).
• Support campaigns reaching schools, families, and field representatives.
• Manage and update our WordPress website.
• Generate and analyze Google Analytics reports.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve brand presence and customer engagement.
• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Production.

What You’ll Do

• Design compelling marketing, advertising, and sales materials (print + digital)
• Support campaigns that reach schools, families, and field representatives
• Manage and update our WordPress website

• Collaborate across departments including Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Production

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
• 1–2 years of professional or internship experience in design (print + web)
• Experience with Google Analytics and SEO
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills

Preferred but not Required

• Videography or video editing (Premiere Pro)
• Photography experience
• A growth mindset and desire to take ownership of projects

• 1–2 weeks off at Christmas
