Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• OR
• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 4 - 6 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or campaign execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn across marketing disciplines.
• Agency and/or financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Delivery across channels including email, web, digital, events, and PR.
• Help gather assets, inputs, and approvals required for campaign launches.
• Support quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across marketing materials.
• Manage timelines, trackers, and project documentation to keep programs organized and moving forward.
• Assist in translating marketing plans into task lists, timelines, and executional workflows.
• Track campaign deliverables and flag risks, delays, or dependencies to program leads.
• Coordinate with channel teams and internal partners to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned to plans.
• Schedule and support project meetings, including capturing notes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed with regular updates on status and milestones.
• Compile basic performance metrics and reporting to support campaign reviews.
• Assist with post-campaign wrap-ups and documentation of key learnings.
