Serves as a technical subject matter expert within the Offer Management lifecycle, with a strong understanding of business processes, offer configuration, data management and reporting. Provides support for complex promotions and offer-related projects, ensuring seamless integration across systems and marketing channels. Collaborates with Enterprise Marketing, Loyalty IT, Digital IT, and POS teams to stay current on system capabilities and to recommend process optimizations. Demonstrates foundational knowledge of relational databases, APIs, and third-party data flows. Trains team members and contributes to the documentation of best practices and governance frameworks.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC and Carlisle, PA.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $63,440-$95,160
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $72,880 - $109,320
