Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Marketing Data Lead Carbon for St. Louis, MO, to establish data quality control and QA rules for carbon-related data, verify evidence, and ensure compliance with registry requirements.

The role plans data modeling for carbon assets and drives automation to improve processes. The position requires a Master’s in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience with SAS/SQL/Python/R, Tableau, and PowerBI to deliver analytics dashboards and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or closely-related field.
• 6+ years of experience manipulating large datasets to analyze, test, validate and report data.

Responsibilities

• Establish data quality control and QA rules for data collection.
• Lead cross-functional team to evaluate data quality for carbon modeling and ensure registry readiness.
