Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, Data Analytics, CS required.
• 5-7 years in data governance, analytics, or data management.
• Experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and support data-driven decisions.
• SQL proficiency and data quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to drive stewardship initiatives.
• Liaise across Business Analytics, Data Engineering, Product, and Governance to align on data definitions and standards.
• Establish and maintain business metadata, data elements, rules, and documentation.
• Identify and remediate data quality issues across critical datasets.
• Support data migration and metadata management with business context.
