Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years in marketing technology, data strategy, marketing operations, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms in marketing.
• Experience owning external vendor relationships and contract accountability.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance in regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing engineering teams across automation, pricing, and data output.
• Build cross-functional relationships with Marketing, IT, Data & Modeling.
• Develop and execute data strategy to enable campaigns and personalization.
• Ensure governance, data privacy, and compliance.
