• Support in-lane promotions during sale days.
• Assist with marketing efforts including campaign support, dealer outreach, and event execution.
• Help create and maintain a welcoming, high-energy environment (seasonal decorating and event setup).
• Maintain and update CRM systems with dealer information and activity.
• Assist with light reporting and tracking of outreach and sales support efforts.
• Work with multiple departments to ensure a seamless dealer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound dealer communication via phone, email, and text.
• Assist dealers with questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through the auction process.
• Proactively reach out to active and inactive dealers about upcoming sales, promotions, and events.
• Support and participate in in lane promotions during sale days.
• Assist with marketing efforts including campaign support, dealer outreach, and event execution.
• Help create and maintain a welcoming, high-energy environment (including seasonal decorating and event setup).
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate dealer information and activity.
• Assist with light reporting and tracking of outreach and sales support efforts.
• Work closely with multiple departments to ensure a seamless dealer experience.
