The Adaptavist Group is seeking a CRM Manager to build and maintain segmentation and workflows in HubSpot, safeguard data hygiene and support the marketing team with targeting logic. You will be a key point of contact for day-to-day queries from across the marketing team and wider business.

As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining segmentation and workflows in HubSpot, safeguarding data hygiene and compliance, and supporting more senior CRM team members in designing increasingly complex targeting logic. You will be a key point of quality control for email marketing, working with the brand team to ensure campaigns are accurate before they reach customers.
Once familiar with The Adaptavist Group’s HubSpot instance, you will be the main point of contact for day-to-day queries from across the marketing team, as well as ad-hoc queries from the wider business.
