Job summary

The Adaptavist Group is seeking a CRM Manager to build and maintain segmentation and workflows in HubSpot, safeguard data hygiene and support the marketing team with targeting logic. You will be a key point of contact for day-to-day queries from across the marketing team and wider business.

As part of a remote-first culture, you will work with global teams, ensure compliance with GDPR/PECR, and contribute to continuous improvement of CRM practices while upholding data quality and governance

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on CRM experience beyond campaign delivery.
• In-depth HubSpot knowledge, including workflows, segmentation, forms and properties.
• Experience improving CRM data quality, contact management and consent processes.
• Good understanding of email compliance (GDPR/PECR/CAN-SPAM).
• Ability to translate CRM reporting into clear recommendations.
• Experience creating guidance and training to help colleagues use the CRM effectively.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain contact segments and lists in HubSpot.
• Apply basic exclusion logic to targeting criteria.
• Support senior CRM team members and the Marketing team in designing complex segmentation.
