What You'll Do Here

  1. Develop and produce marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  2. Design for various channels and formats, including web, emails, landing pages, ebooks, infographics, flyers, social media, paid media, events, videos, and direct mail.
  3. Modify layouts based on project and audience needs to foster customer relationships and drive action.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders from the start to improve project impact and ensure brand consistency.
  5. Manage creative resources (freelancers, printers, etc.) to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
  6. Work with Content and Web teams to create campaigns and sales tools that resonate and motivate.
  7. Assist the Events team in developing creative for promotional activities to meet marketing goals and generate leads.
  8. Stay informed about marketing trends to influence innovative campaigns and deliverables.
  9. Maintain internal digital asset management (Widen or Brandfolder) and project management systems (Workfront).
  10. Use metrics and performance indicators to enhance content effectiveness.
  11. Manage multiple projects independently with attention to detail and deadlines.

Skills You Will Need Here

  1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing communications, advertising, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in graphic or media design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of branding and marketing standards.
  4. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  5. Understanding of layout, graphic design, composition, and color theory for print and digital media.
  6. Experience with video production/editing and animation.
  7. Familiarity with Widen, Brandfolder, and Workfront is a plus.
  8. Knowledge of accessibility standards is advantageous.
  9. Proven problem-solving, decision-making, project management, and analytical skills.
  10. Attention to detail and ability to work with urgency.
  11. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  13. Goal-oriented but flexible, adaptable to opportunities.
  14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  15. Ownership and accountability for work.
