What You'll Do Here

  1. Develop and produce marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  2. Design for various channels and formats including web, emails, landing pages, ebooks, infographics, flyers, social media, paid media, events, video, and direct mail.
  3. Modify layouts based on project and audience needs to foster customer relationships and drive action.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues from the start to enhance project impact and align with brand guidelines.
  5. Manage creative resources (freelancers, printers, etc.) to ensure adherence to concepts and deadlines.
  6. Work with Content and Web teams to craft campaigns and sales tools that resonate and motivate.
  7. Develop creative for promotional plans with the Events team to meet marketing goals and generate leads.
  8. Stay updated on marketing trends to inform innovative campaigns and deliverables.
  9. Maintain digital asset management systems (Widen, Brandfolder) and project management tools (Workfront).
  10. Enhance content performance using metrics and performance indicators.
  11. Manage multiple projects independently with many components.

Skills You Will Need Here

  1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing communications, advertising, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in graphic or media design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of branding and marketing methodologies.
  4. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  5. Understanding of layout, graphic design, composition, and color theory for print and digital media.
  6. Experience with video production/editing and animation.
  7. Familiarity with Widen, Brandfolder, and Workfront is a plus.
  8. Knowledge of accessibility standards is advantageous.
  9. Proven problem-solving, decision-making, project management, and analytical skills.
  10. Attention to detail and ability to work with urgency.
  11. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain design strategies.
  13. Goal-oriented yet adaptable, capable of seizing opportunities.
  14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  15. Ownership and accountability for work.

Compensation

We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The full salary range is $58,300 - $75,000 USD, with individual pay based on various factors. Sales roles may include additional incentives.
