Job summary

Maverik is seeking a Marketing & Creative Assistant at our Salt Lake City Headquarters. You will support photo and video shoots, promotional events, sponsorships, and new store openings, coordinating production materials, props, wardrobe, and equipment.

Regular travel for productions and events is required. Prior experience with marketing support and event coordination is preferred; a degree in marketing/communications is a plus. A dynamic team environment and competitive pay await.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production materials and location logistics for photo/video shoots and events.
• Assist with pre-production planning and gathering equipment, wardrobe, and props.
• Maintain promotional inventory and track supplies across campaigns.
• Support sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure on-set safety and hazard prevention during productions.
