Velocity is seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to manage Velocity's community-facing social platforms and support marketing operations across email, content databases, and project tracking. You will be mentored from day one and gain real ownership of campaigns, content, and engagement initiatives within our healthcare-focused marketing team.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, delivery on deadlines, and a willingness to learn HubSpot, Asana, and other tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 0–2 years of marketing, communications, or social media experience (internship welcomed).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Asana, or similar tools; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication; comfortable representing the brand voice in public-facing responses.

Responsibilities

• Community Platform Management: monitor and manage content scheduling of 65+ Facebook pages, respond to comments/messages and escalate issues as needed.
• Content Support: contribute to content development for owned channels including LinkedIn posts and other social content.
• Marketing Operations: build and schedule marketing emails in HubSpot; queue and schedule social posts; manage projects in Asana.
• Quality Assurance & Administration: proofread marketing materials; maintain templates and marketing resource libraries; assist with administrative tasks.
