Vacatia in Las Vegas is seeking an Off Premise Coordinator to manage off-site sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and strict adherence to company standards.

You will coordinate events, logistics, and follow-up, work with cross-functional teams to align with sales goals and branding, and track performance to improve future initiatives while engaging guests of all ages in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work five days per week including weekends and holidays (as needed).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and positive manner.
• Proficient computer skills with comfort using technology, particularly Android tablets.
• Ability to interact with families and children in a fast paced environment.
• Self motivated team player with strong customer service skills.
