Job summary

Minnewaska Community Health Services is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing efforts across multiple locations. The role oversees digital and print collateral, brand management, and market research, while supporting COO with annual sales and marketing plans.

You will manage social media, content distribution, and relationships with referral sources, aiming to improve census and occupancy. Travel to MMG sites is required; a marketing degree and strong communication skills are

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related field; experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office; Canva, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• English reading/writing/speaking required; background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital and print collateral, brand management, and market research.
• Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans.
• Manage marketing and sales processes for MCHS and affiliates.
• Conduct regular market research to guide strategy.
• Build relationships with referral sources to improve census and occupancy.
• Create and distribute marketing content across platforms.
• Manage social media accounts and posts.
• Maintain Google Listings and update website.
• Coordinate events and community education.
• Travel to all locations as needed.
