Seismic is a Go-To-Market Performance company helping organizations turn strategy into revenue. As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support account-based programs that engage customers and prospects, helping to drive pipeline growth in a fast-paced B2B tech environment.

You’ll work closely with Marketing leads and partner teams to coordinate campaigns, events and GTM initiatives, leveraging marketing automation, CRM and project-management tools while delivering a high-standard customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, events, project coordination, or a related role in B2B/tech/SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to cross-functional work.
  • Comfort learning and using marketing automation, CRM, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support ABX programs and campaigns: coordinate timelines, audience lists, assets; assist with setup and launch activities; tailor programs for priority audiences.
  • Coordinate events and customer experiences: plan field events, webinars, conferences; manage invitations, registrations, logistics, and on-site support.
  • Enable cross-functional execution: collaborate with Sales Dev, Sales, and Marketing; document next steps; organize resources and materials.
  • Support measurement and marketing ops: track activity, maintain data in systems, assist with reporting and budgets; capture learnings.

Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator,you'llsupport the planning and execution ofaccount-basedprogramsthat engage customers andprospects,andcontribute to pipeline growth. Working closelywith Marketing segment leads and Partner Marketing,you will help coordinate campaigns,eventsand go-to-market initiativesfor key segments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to build their marketing experience in a fast-paced B2B technology environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple deadlines, collaborate across teams, and help turn marketing plans into well-executed programs and events.

Who you are:
  • Up to 2yearsof experience in marketing, events, project coordination, or a related role, ideallywithin a B2B, technology, or SaaS organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams
  • Comfort learning and working across marketing automation, CRM, project management, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage administrative and operational details whilemaintaininga strong customer experience
  • Curiosity, flexibility, and a willingness to take ownership in a fast-moving environment
  • An interest in learning how marketing programs contribute to customer engagement, pipeline, and revenue
What you’ll be doing:
SupportABX programs and campaigns
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, audience lists, and campaign assets across internal teams
  • Assistwith campaign setup, launch activities, and follow-up to ensure programs are executed on time
  • Help tailor programs and communications for priority audiences, customer segments, and accounts
Coordinate events and customer experiences
  • Support the planning and execution of field events, executive dinners, webinars, conferences, customer experiences, and other marketing programs
  • Coordinate eventlogistics, including invitations, registration, attendee communications, vendors, materials, and on-site support
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to manage attendee lists and support pre-event and post-event outreach
  • Help ensure each program delivers a consistent, high-quality experience for customers and prospects
Enablecross-functional execution
  • Work closely with Sales Development,Salesand other Marketing teams to support coordinated go-to-market programs
  • Schedule planning meetings, document next steps, and help keep stakeholders aligned on timelines and responsibilities
  • Organize marketing resourcesandprogram materials so they are easy for internal teams to access and use, using our own technology
  • Respond to day-to-day program requests and proactively flag risks, dependencies, or missed deadlines
Support measurement and marketing ops
  • Track program activity, event participation, follow-up, and other performance indicators
  • Helpmaintainaccuratecampaign, account, and contact information in marketing and CRM systems
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to support reporting andidentifymissing or incomplete data
  • Assistwith budget tracking, purchase requests, vendor coordination, and invoice management
  • Capture learnings and feedback to help improve future programs and processes

Seismic’s salary range for this position is: $50,900 USD - $76,400 USD

This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary.

The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
