Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Marketing/Business or related field, 1–3 years of experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of marketing, business development support, sales support, or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating professional documents and presentations (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Experience with proposal support, client outreach, or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of business marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, capability statements, presentations, and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information for marketing and business development projects.
• Maintain and update company marketing documents, templates, and internal marketing files.
• Help manage lead tracking and reporting through CRM tools and internal systems.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Support customer outreach efforts, including follow-ups, email communications, and campaign coordination.
• Assist with coordinating trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.
• Track and report marketing performance and business development activity metrics.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
