Help Build the Marketing Engine Behind a Growing Group of Companies

Are you a hands‑on marketer who loves variety, takes ownership, and knows how to turn marketing strategy into action?

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across a growing group of companies spanning real estate, construction, roofing, and commercial development.

This is not a role where you’ll simply manage one marketing channel. You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple businesses, build marketing systems, generate leads, strengthen digital presence, and help create the marketing infrastructure needed for the next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple companies and business lines
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Support SEO, PPC, LSA, email, SMS, and other lead‑generation initiatives
  • Help develop and manage lead‑generation funnels
  • Create email and SMS nurture campaigns
  • Help reactivate existing and older leads through targeted campaigns
  • Manage and maintain Google Business Profiles and online presence
  • Coordinate the process for generating customer reviews
  • Track marketing performance and help establish meaningful KPIs
  • Work with leadership to align marketing activities with company goals
  • Coordinate marketing materials, campaigns, signage, and other brand initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and marketing performance
  • Help bring currently outsourced marketing functions in-house
  • Work closely with leadership across the different companies to understand their marketing needs
  • Take ownership of marketing processes and ensure projects move forward
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is hands‑on, organized, creative, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–5 years of marketing experience
  • Experience with digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of SEO and PPC
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation
  • Experience working with lead‑generation funnels
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple business lines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to jump in and get things done
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership
  • Marketing degree preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered
Why This Role Is Different

You won’t be joining a large marketing department with a narrow job description.

You’ll have the opportunity to help build the marketing function itself.

You’ll work across multiple companies and industries, giving you the variety to use both your creative and analytical skills. You’ll have a direct impact on lead generation, brand visibility, customer engagement, and ultimately the growth of the businesses you support.

If you’re someone who sees an opportunity and thinks “I can build that,” we’d love to meet you.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means creating marketing systems that consistently generate opportunities, improving the company’s digital presence, increasing lead flow, and helping each business move closer to its growth goals.

You’ll be expected to take ownership, measure results, and continuously look for ways to improve what’s working—and fix what isn’t.
