LayerCake Technologies is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across social media, content, SEO, email, events, and brand. You will help manage campaigns and ensure consistency of our MSP brand.

The role requires curiosity, resourcefulness, quick learning, and a team-first mindset in a fast-moving environment. You will work with the Marketing & Brand Manager to execute strategies across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, or equivalent internship experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, small-team environment with ownership.
• Team player who brings energy and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing & Brand Manager across the marketing mix (social, content, SEO, email, automation, events).
• Assist in executing the company's brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity across channels.
• Help maintain HubSpot, including list segmentation, campaign setup, workflow management, and reporting.
• Draft and publish content for social media, blogs, and websites.
• Support SEO efforts through keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinks.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for trade shows and events.
