Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst to support debt and lease management, prepare SEC filings, and develop financing analyses.
This role requires strong financial acumen, experience with amortization schedules, and proficiency in Excel. The position reports to Corporate Finance and offers a salary range aligned with the posted hiring ranges, plus a comprehensive benefits package and telecommuting up to 40% for flexible work
Corporate finance department staff are responsible for assisting with the preparation and review of financial loan/borrowing documents, including offering and bond documents, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) documents, and related SEC filings, assisting with preparing financial presentations for banking and lending institutions, rating agencies and other parties as well as debt administration, loan compliance obligations, interest rate forecasts and risk management activities.
Note: There is one position available, and this position will be filled at one of four job grade levels: Corporate Finance Analyst I; job grade 5; Corporate Finance Analyst II, job grade 7; Corporate Finance Analyst III; job grade 8 or Senior Corporate Finance Analyst; job grade 10. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.
