Job summary

Bacardi is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Grey Goose Marketing team in Miami. You will help organize initiatives, manage administrative tasks for the VP of Marketing, and gain exposure to global brand management.

The role requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners while staying aligned with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • You are a passionate, innovative, and creative marketer eager to put the consumer at the heart of activities.
  • Founder’s mentality: organized, independent thinker, multitasker, ethical and professional.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives, vendors and customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential issues.
  • Excellent analytical skills to prepare reports and recommendations.
  • Proficient MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and Canva; familiarity with design tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of marketing budget tracking and monthly reporting.
  • Manage brand team POS materials and coordination of samples and events.
  • Support VP of Marketing and Sr. Director with travel scheduling and calendar management.
  • Assist with presentations, reports, budgets, and memos; handle ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Support:
    • Lead the execution of the Grey Goose A&P budget (daily tracking, monthly reporting, PO management) & support the Brand Manager in budget strategy and planning.
    • Manage brand team Point of Sale materials
    • Coordinate sample shipments and product requests
    • Lead planning & execution of internal & external partner events that are consistent with brand identity and guidelines
    • Support marketing asset management
    • Lead project initiatives related to improving processes and performance in areas of responsibility & support with additional ad hoc marketing projects as assigned
  • Executive & Team Support:
    • Schedule and maintain a calendar of appointments for the Vice President and Sr. Director; provide calendar/meeting support to extended team as needed
    • Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements; set up conference rooms for meetings
    • Manage expense reports for VP and Sr. Director
  • Assist with presentations, reports, budgets, and memos as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have opportunities to present in front of small groups of people including executives, Bacardi primos, vendors and customers (both internal and external) at all levels of an organization.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to deal with confidential issues, if applicable.
  • You have great analytical skills, able to analyze available information for the purposes of preparing reports, presentations, coordinating efforts, recommendations and solving problems.
  • Exceptional computer skills to include MS Office (intermediate to advance level in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) and commonly used design tools such as Canva.
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a corporate environment. Previous internship or administrative experience in a corporate or marketing environment is a plus.
