Job description

Job Description

Morning Star Fields is a sustainable, bio-circular farm, focused on producing high-quality food through innovative, responsible, and environmentally conscious agricultural practices.

We are seeking a creative, highly organized Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer to help develop and grow the Morning Star Fields brand across digital, print, packaging, events, and community outreach.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating beautiful, educational, engaging graphics and translating a brand story into compelling visual content.

The ideal candidate will work closely with ownership to support social media, marketing materials, product promotion, events, partnerships, and overall brand development.

We are looking for someone who is not only organized and marketing-minded, but also has a strong visual design sensibility and the ability to create polished, professional graphics independently.

This is a full-time, in-person position in Miami, Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging graphics and marketing materials for Morning Star Fields across digital and print platforms.
  • Create content for social media, including graphics, photography layouts, promotional posts, product features, farm updates, educational content, and event announcements.
  • Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all Morning Star Fields communications.
  • Create and update: Product sell sheets, Brochures, Flyers, Posters, Signage, Presentation materials, Event graphics, Packaging concepts, Labels, Digital advertisements, Social media templates.
  • Assist with the development of marketing campaigns for Morning Star Fields products, including eggs and future agricultural products.
  • Help tell the story of the farm through compelling visuals, photography, graphics, and concise written content.
  • Support brand development and ensure consistency in typography, imagery, colors, layouts, and messaging.
  • Assist with updates to the Morning Star Fields website, including imagery, product information, farm news, events, and other marketing content.
  • Create marketing materials for farmers markets, retail partnerships, restaurants, chefs, hotels, distributors, and community events.
  • Help coordinate participation in farmers markets, trade shows, community events, farm events, and promotional activities.
  • Support outreach to local businesses, restaurants, chefs, hotels, retailers, and community partners.
  • Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, announcements, and other customer communications.
  • Organize and maintain the farm's photography, graphics, logos, marketing files, templates, and digital assets.
  • Assist with photography and content creation on the farm, including products, animals, crops, facilities, events, and behind-the-scenes operations.
  • Support the development of promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, launches, and special events.
  • Track basic marketing performance and engagement across social media and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate multiple marketing and graphic design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for: Layout, Typography, Composition, Branding, Photography, Visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
  • Experience creating professional social media graphics, marketing collateral, advertisements, presentations, or branded materials.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to develop engaging visual content from an idea through final production.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with ownership and farm staff.
  • Photography and photo-editing experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with video editing, reels, short-form video, or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Experience with website content management is a plus.
  • Experience in agriculture, food and beverage, hospitality, retail, consumer products, or lifestyle brands is a plus, but not required.

What We Are Looking For

Above all, we are looking for someone who is visually creative and excited about storytelling.

You should enjoy taking a product, farm activity, photograph, or idea and transforming it into something visually engaging that people want to stop, read, share, or learn more about.

This is not a traditional marketing management position. It is a hands-on creative role that combines graphic design, social media, content creation, marketing coordination, and brand development.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable spending part of the day designing at a computer and another part capturing content around the farm, preparing materials for an event, developing a social media campaign, or helping promote a new product.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth as Morning Star Fields continues to expand.
  • The opportunity to help shape and develop a growing agricultural and food brand.
  • A creative, entrepreneurial work environment.
  • The chance to work directly with farm leadership and have a meaningful impact on how the company presents itself to customers and the community.
  • A unique work environment centered around sustainable agriculture, animal welfare, innovation, and locally produced food.

If you are a creative marketing professional with strong graphic design skills and an interest in food, agriculture, sustainability, branding, and visual storytelling, we would love to hear from you.

Company Description

Morning Star Fields is a state-of-the-art, family-owned, Certified Humane, cage-free egg farm located in Central Florida that transforms a formerly defunct 276-acre orange grove into the world’s first fully bio-circular egg production system. Designed around a closed-loop model, the farm integrates 48 small barns for enhanced animal welfare and biosecurity, a centralized egg processing facility, hydroponic gardens, an on-site fertilizer plant, and a 1.32-MW solar array that powers the operation and supports local homes. Manure, wastewater, unused feed, and agricultural byproducts are continuously reused and mineralized into fertilizer and sustainable feed inputs, creating zero runoff, zero waste, and minimal environmental impact. The result is a highly efficient, renewable, and locally focused operation that produces fresher eggs within 24-48 hours while prioritizing bird health, environmental stewardship, and community reinvestment.
